My journey with hot sauces and salsas began in a small kitchen in Morrison, CO, where I collaborated with locals who shared a love for flavorful sauces and varying levels of heat. After experimenting with different peppers and heat intensities, I started crafting products that quickly became favorites, blending fruits and spices with some of the most intense chili peppers like Ghost, Scorpion, and Carolina Reapers. Thus, Colorado Native Sauce Co. was born. My mission is to create unique, bold flavors that enhance everyday meals and bring life to anything you put them on, alongside salsas that truly capture the authentic heat and richness of Latin cuisine.
My love for cooking began at a young age, spending countless hours in the kitchen with my mother and grandmothers. I was always the one at parties cooking for everyone, and my passion only grew stronger as I entered the food industry. Working in various kitchens allowed me to put my own spin on recipes while collaborating with other passionate culinary experts. I’ve always been fascinated by Latin and Caribbean cuisines, and they’ve become the foundation of much of what I cook today. My goal is to blend these two rich culinary traditions to create bold and exciting new flavor profiles.
